Guestrooms

 There are two rooms available for those visiting Wilmore -- one Upper-Level and one Lower-Level.
Basic information for each bedroom is as follows:
  • All linens, soap, & conditioning shampoo are provided.
  • Meals are not provided; however, the center’s kitchens are available for use by overnight guests.
  • Please, no smoking or pets. Thank you.
  • We do not offer laundry facilities, however there is a Laundromat in town.
  • There is a $20 cancellation fee for cancellations made after 12PM on the day of stay.
  • A 2-day minimum stay required for Parents’ Weekend and Graduation. ​​
  • Free Wifi is included.

The Center

There are two spaces available in the center -- the top floor and the basement.  There is also space outdoors. Basic information for both floors is as follows:
  • Projectors and TVs are available on each floor (along with players and cords); please ask for help to connect.
  • There is free Wifi in the center.
  • You are more than welcome to bring food/games, but please clean up whatever you have when you're done.
  • Please, no smoking or pets. Thank you.
  • You can reserve for a smaller group or a larger party; certain events may require rental charges.
  • ​Reservations should not exceed 4 hours except for special circumstances.
  • Please be sure to reserve ahead of time so that both you and the student center can plan accordingly.
